Counselling process to:

  • explore and highlights difficulties which may include the stressful, emotional and intellectual experience feelings of the client and what they think about the problem they have sought help for.
  • help the client to see things more clearly, possibly from a different viewpoint. This can enable the client to focus on feelings, experiences or behavior, with a goal of facilitating positive change.
  • build a relationship of trust because of our humanistic approach using techniques from client-centered therapy. Therefore, confidentiality is paramount to our work.

help them work out for themselves what they are going do, and the best approach to take. It is, therefore, very individual and person-centered, because no two persons are the same. Our conviction is rooted in the principle that individuals can help themselves, if they receive the right kind of support. This we work to achieve with counseling.
